Kuhn had attacked my Whiggish use of the term “displacement current. Kuhn had taken a leave of absence from Princeton to write the book “Black-Body Theory and the Quantum Discontinuity, 1894-1912.” We began arguing. Nathaniel Hawthorne, Blithedale Romance. For a perfect emitter (a so-called black body, which emits and absorbs at all wavelengths) it should have been possible to use thermodynamics to give a theoretical expression for black-body radiation. Thomas Kuhn, Black Body Theory and the Quantum Discontinuity, 1894-1912. Black-Body Theory And The Quantum Discontinuity, 1894-1912; by Thomas S. Thomas Kuhn, Black-Body Theory and the Quantum Discontinuity: 1894-1912 (Clarendon Press, Oxford, 1978). Kuhn gives a striking example of this "paradigm shift" in his book Black-Body Theory and the Quantum Discontinuity, 1894-1912 (1987, University of Chicago Press). Kuhn, the philosophy and history of science better known for The Structure of Scientific Revolutions. Various 'radiation laws' were derived. Black-Body Theory and the Quantum Discontinuity:1894-1912 is a book by Thomas S. Planck doesn't know what he's found until Einstein and Ehrenfast figure it out for him. ^ Heilbron, 2000, page 8; ^ Claes Johnson. In 1894 Planck turned his attention to the problem of black-body radiation. Thus Wilhelm Wien in 1896 derived a law that applied Thomas Kuhn, Black-Body Theory and the Quantum Discontinuity: 1894–1912 (Clarendon Press, Oxford, 1978).
